Edible Oil Production Line Introduction

We are specialized in customizing different capacity edible oil production lines.  family-style workshops , small oil factory or  large-scale which the capacity is 5T-50T.The oil production line includes oil seeds pretreatment, oil seeds pressing, crude oil refining and refined oil packing  .We are also design different oil press line with different oil seeds such as soybean, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, sunflower, olive, palm, coconut and flax seed, etc more than 20 kinds of oil seeds.
 

Main Machines for Edible Oil Production Plant
1.we use Screw Conveyor to convey oil seeds and then oil seeds cleaning machine  removes the impurities in the oil seeds.
2. Oil Seeds Roaster
Hot pressing can reach high oil yield and give oil fragrant flavor. We provide rotary drum oil seeds roasting machine with various capacity.
3. Oil Press Machine
screw oil press is equipped with automatic temperature control system and oil filtering device, having both pressing and filtering function. Adopting mechanical pressing methods, the oil is edible without any chemical solvent.We also supply screw oil press for small oil press line.
4. Edible Oil Refining Plant
oil refinery equipments are recommended for small oil plant to get high grade edible oil of good color and high quality. As oil yield is different for different oil seeds, the capacity required for refinery will differ too. We supply the capacity of the oil refining plant form 1-20T .
5. Edible Oil Filling and Packing Machine
We provide semi-automatic and full automatic filling machine for quantitative filling of various oils which is easy to operate, filling speed can be adjusted and filling capacity is easily set.
