Essential Oil Concentrator

The distillation method of essential oil extraction is the most commonly used method for extracting aromatic plant essential oils. 90% of aromatic plant essential oils are extracted by distillation.In this method, the plant parts (flowers, leaves, etc.) containing aromatic substances are placed in a large stainless steel distillation vessel (distiller) and heated or steamed at the bottom of the vessel.

Working principle of the distillation equipment

Essential oil concentration through distillation method to increase the concentration of essential oils . the water in essential oil components will evaporate with the water vapor, and as the water vapor passes through the upper condenser tube, it is finally introduced into the condenser.The condenser is surrounded by cold water, then can remove water from essential oil.The machine is Multi-purpose,also can use other pharmaceuticals and microorganisms etc.Also can use Cosmetics, shampoo, perfume filed.
